About me
Originally from a background of corporate training and teaching, I realised early on that subject matter felt insignificant compared to the forming of relationships.
Through my own journey of self discovery, I continue to be vulnerable enough to place myself "under the microscope" to ensure I am forever evolving with my surroundings and new psychological literature for the betterment of my personal and professional development. As Practitioners we are only capable of taking clients as far as we have been ourselves; so I aim to understand my own emotional landscape thoroughly to provide the best empathetic and authentic understanding of your presenting issues.
I am Integratively trained which means I have experience in a multitude of modalities; applying a bespoke approach to each individual's needs.
With nearly two decades of Mindfulness/Meditations experience, through my own reflective practice, I aim to make this way of being less of an abstract idea and more of a real-life applicable skill.
